REMOTE PLANT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Remote Plant Management system is a cloud based data monitoring system aimed at industrial machine automation. It is simple, robust and user-friendly yet reliable and secure. Provision for dedicated database on a hardware system (LAN) if you don’t need cloud server.
With RPMS, real time monitoring and historical lookup, both are seamlessly possible for the data that are gathered constantly from the various sensors, meters, controllers etc. RPMS is developed using the state-of-the-art IoT techniques which makes the different sensors and other devices to stay connected to each other always that forms a smart network which is capable of making informed decisions in a shorter period of time. The whole system is connected to an advanced cloud system via the internet and data are recorded for remote monitoring and future lookups. RPMS has customizable settings for the monitoring system and the application itself, administrator portal, user-management module, notification/alert settings and different kinds of analytical tools that include various charts, graphs etc. Users are able to access RPMS from their computers, smartphones and tablet devices. Make existing products better, operate products better (operational efficiency), support products better (a prominent example being preventive maintenance) and make new IoT-driven products (invention).The plant is divided into following segments:
